A NADA Manufactured Housing Book Appraisal should give you a very good indication as to what you should sell your home at. If you have done a lot of modifications to the home such as adding a deck, awnings, new appliances etc., then I would suggest the full NADA valuation which will take all that into consideration.
The 'Image not available' shows up in search results when you haven't selected a Thumbnail image to show. Thumbnail is one of the selections in the Image of drop down box in the Photos section of the listing procedure.
To add a Thumbnail photo or any photo:
1. Login at http://www.mhplanet.com/index.cfm?page=login
2. Click the 'Manage Ads' link under the Property Ads heading on the left
side menu.
3. Click the 'Edit' link on the listing you want to add the Thumbnail photo.
4. Click the Continue button until your in the Photos section. Select the photo you want to show in the search results, select 'Thumbnail' from the image of drop down. Upload image. DONE.
Since you are on the Unlimited plan, you will need to PUBLISH the listing. To PUBLISH a listing that you have already created:

The HUD data plate is normally affixed inside the home on or near the main electrical breaker box. It is printed on paper or foil stock either letter or legal size. This document verifies the Manufacturer,Year Manufactured, Model , Serial number, FUD code label and HUD construction zone.
Manufactured Home Serial Numbers are located on the hitch or on the frame front cross member of a transportable section.
This is a problem in older homes with particle board floors. It results when the subfloor gets wet and the sub floor material begins to fail. Common in bathrooms,under flower pots, below windows, and behind wash machines.
Many repairs are attempted by cutting out the damaged particle board and fitting in a new piece. This can be difficult and time consuming work because you are having to cut the old floor away half way across the joists without damaging the joist or the existing floor.
If you have little or no carpentry experience, I would highly suggest calling a professional in your area. Depending on the size of the area and your geographic location, the repair may run several hundred dollars.
